Flint's letter to Miller on controversy over subscriptions to company's stock (1894); list of stockholders as of May 1, 1894; Flint's reorganization plan, with a printed version of the plan with policy statement and letter to stockholders, and printed agreement with notations by ASO (March 1896); letter to stockholders by the Reorganization Committee noting the failure of Flint plan and offering alternative (April 8, 1896); letter by stockholders to Flint rejecting the plan, with list of stockholders and number of shares tendered under alternate plan (April 24, 1896); Flint's letter to Miller on arranging payments for a \"forced loan\" to the Trustees (May 1, 1896); Spencer Trask's abortive plan, with ASO's notation (May 1896); and a copy of abstract of complaint in Gustav E.
