{"value"=>"
This subseries contains the company's tour and management files, which are documents created and collected by the company before, during, and after touring seasons and educational projects. These files show, in extensive detail, the logistics behind the company's tours and performances, dating from the company's inception. There is some overlap between this subseries and the production files in Series I, but this is a far more extensive account of the company's domestic and international performances.

The company separated these materials into international and domestic sections, with the latter also containing a sub-section on New York City, where the bulk of the company's performances occurred. International files were broken down by country, and then by city if multiple cities are present. The same basic principle applies to domestic files, concerning states and cities.

These files offer a wide range of materials such as agreements; correspondence; workshop descriptions; calendars and schedules; invoices and budgets; theater diagrams; technical specifications; ticket sales; IDs, meeting minutes and agendas; press; sign-ups sheets for workshops and classes; rights releases; programs; photographs and negatives; children's drawings from classes; marketing materials; travel information; and fabric swatches. Some locations have more material than others, especially New York City and France. A small number of preparation material for canceled productions is also included.

Also found in this series are information from the company's tour booking agents and broad itineraries that encompass multiple cities.
"}
