There are snapshots, candid and formal portraits, and group portraits taken throughout his life. Duberman's youthful activities are particularly well documented in pictures from Camp Idylwold, the MacArthur Summer Theater Camp, his American Youth Hostels cross-country bicycle trip, and other summer activities. Among the later materials are portraits taken for book jackets and promotional purposes, informal photographs of Duberman with board members of the National Gay Task Force, CLAGS, and with his partner Eli Zal.</p>"}
