Of special interest is a set of recommendations for improving the coverage of women and the treatment of women in the news submitted by the National Organization for Women in June 1972, following a conference with AMR and other editors and executives. Note: Papers concerning the employment and status of women in the News Department are filed under News Department: Staff. Women. Similar papers concerning the <span class=\"title\">Times</span> as a whole are filed under Staff: Women. Material dealing strictly with style (e.g., the use of \"Ms\") is filed under Style. Material about what is traditionally considered as \"women's news\" is filed under Women's News and, following the change of designation, in 1971, under Family/Style Page and section.</p>"}
