{"value"=>"<p>Three folders: (1) 1976-1986 (2) 1970-1974 (3) 1968-1969 The four-part newspaper evolved when the amount of news and editorial matter and the amount of advertising created the need to break the technical limit of 96 pages, and changes in printing technology provided the means to do so. Initially, it was a matter of going to 112 or 128-page papers occasionally; then, it became advisable to do so more frequently and regularly on certain days; and finally it was decided to do so regularly every weekday except Saturday and to devote each section to a specific, predetermined category of news. The papers in these three folders trace this evolution from the first planning sessions in 1968 to the creation of the five \"C\" sections (Weekend, Living, Home, Sports Monday and Science Times, in this order, between April 1976 and Nov. 1978) and of Business Day (May 1978). They comprise memoranda, reports, letters and other papers about schedules, space allocations, design, content, and related problems. Some readers' mail is included. Note: Papers dealing with the discrete sections are filed under the name of each section.</p>"}
