These last include many requests for society news items. In most cases, AMR's responses are included; sometimes memoranda from other editors and reporters to whom AMR forwarded AOS's requests or suggestions are attached. The papers in these folders are those that do not have sufficient information or significance for inclusion in specific subject folders. AOS's notes and AMR's responses dealing at length with specific subjects will be found in the appropriate folders; those dealing with specific persons will be found in the appropriate biographical folders.</p>"}
