{"value"=>"<p>Appraisal of the wardrobe, scenery and properties at the New York Theatre dated May 25, 1829 listed in Schedules A (Wardrobe), B (Scenery), C (Offices, rooms and additional wardrobe items) and D (Sheet music and number of items in the library), with signed oath of the appraisers, and related documents. The appraisal papers are signed and witnessed but bear no seals; reference is made to an original certificate with the secretary Michael B. Walsh. The appraisal schedules are the basis of the inventories attached to some leases executed in 1829 or later. A loose statement of appraised value less costs, with Samuel L. Gouverneur's payment order for the balance on the reverse side, has been added to this folder.</p>"}
