The files include correspondence and event requests, notes and scripts for talks, presentations, literary festivals, and lectures. The events covered in this subseries are Lahiri's speaking engagements at schools and literary festivals. Included are copies of drafts for lectures and keynote speeches at the 2011 Association of Writers and Writing Programs Conference, a Barnard College lecture given in 2017, presentation materials on translation work, and video recordings of a lecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000.</p> <p>Also present are event brochures, flyers, and other materials related to events at which Lahiri spoke. Many of the lecture drafts have autograph annotations in Lahiri's hand.</p>"}
