{"value"=>"
Subseries V.D. holds academic journals, essays, high school student essays, and a few works inspired by Proulx's writings. Some related correspondence and holograph notes are also present in this subseries.

Of particular note are materials related to Tobias Wenzel's photographic project about authors in cemeteries. Wenzel corresponded with Proulx about his project, which involved an author selecting a cemetery with particular significance to them, Wenzel photographing them in the chosen cemetery, and a brief interview about why that particular cemetery was chosen. Proulx chose a dinosaur fossil basin in Wyoming for her location. The final publication, titled Solange Ich Lebe, Kriegt Mich Der Tod Nicht, is held in this subseries with a holograph note from Wenzel thanking Proulx for her participation.
"}
