{"value"=>"<p>Marginal criticism (approximately 100 words) by Browning to a 30-line manuscript poem in the hand of Clara S. J. Bloomfield-Moore. Bloomfield-Moore incorporated Browning's suggested changes and published the poem in <em>The Indianapolis Journal</em>, 21 June 1884, page 11. It was later re-titled as \"By the Shallow Brook\" and set to music by the American composer Emma Marcy Raymond (1839–1913). A manuscript of the verses with musical score, dedicated to Lady Layard, is at the University of Michigan. Came with a Henry Wadsworth Longfellow autograph dated Cambridge, September 20, 1880, now shelved separately.</p>"}
