Arranged alphabetically by title and dating from the 1960s to the 1990s, many of these works were performed by Charlip or under his direction. Other plays in the subseries were unpublished and never performed. Most files feature script drafts and notes. Series III holds Charlip's writings about plays and theater.</p> <p><span class=\"title\">Amaterasu</span> is the most represented play here. There are several script drafts, as well as Charlip's research materials, sketches, and notes for the project. Also present are Charlip's original handwritten scripts for Paper Bag Players plays and short pieces, and scripts from his collaborations with The Children's Troupe.</p> <p>Several files are ordered by subject instead of title, and contain a variety of plays and theater pieces, some of which were never performed. These files include \"Plays by Remy,\" \"Plays with Casts of Thousands,\" and \"Six Short Plays for Children.\" Some scripts in these files may be duplicated elsewhere in the subseries.</p>"}
