Wayne that he lost; the latter asserts his time of service is expired, but has no discharge, and has enlisted in the first New York regiment and has received a bounty of £30; if Hand should find him to be regularly discharged he will please forward him to Col. Van Schaick; if not, he will dispose of the two as he may think proper."}
