She organized and headed the American Caribbean Scholarship Fund and the Women's Auxiliary of the Caribbean League of America in 1953. Included are naturalization certificates (U.S.) for Herman and Violet Stoute; a certificate from the White House given in recognition of Stoute's work as a volunteer for the Office of Price Administration; certificate admitting Stoute's husband, Herman Stoute, as an attorney and counselor, solicitor advocate and proctor for the Southern District of New York; and two oversize certificates (filed in Box 11) for Herman Stoute for successfully passing examinations, 1908.</p>"}
