{"value"=>"<p>An arts publication created in 1983 by photographer Schmidlapp, <span class=\"title\">IGTimes</span> was the first \"aerosol zine\". The publication chronicled the art form of aerosol-writing more commonly known as graffiti or street art. In 1996, <span class=\"title\">IGTimes</span> in association with Stampa Alternative, an Italian publishing house, published <span class=\"title\">Style: Writing from the Underground</span>. The book covered three decades of the aerosol movement including the 1970s-1990s. Schmidlapp and the other two key members of <span class=\"title\">IGTimes</span>, Vulcan and Phase 2, formed the Aerosol Armada. From 1988 to 1994, the Armada traveled worldwide promoting and teaching the aerosol-writing art form.</p>"}
