Included is a file of photocopies of loose clippings arranged chronologically; a file of obituaries; a scrapbook of original mounted clippings (1884-1886) of legal and political publicity; and a scrapbook (unbound) of original mounted clippings (1887-1922) containing legal, political and personal publicity. Included also is memorabilia including certificates of citizenship, a passport, and a certificate (1899) signed by Theodore Roosevelt naming Cockran an official delegate to the Conference on Trusts organized by the Chicago Civic Federation.</p>"}
