Also included in the volume are cut signatures of John Quincy Adams; James Monroe; J. A. Bayard, H. Clay, and Albert Gallatin, American commissioners at Ghent, 1814; and Charles Carroll of Carrollton, only surviving signer, in 1828, of the Declaration of Independence.</p>"}
