The files contain information on plans made for the luncheons, occasionally the speakers' comments and the attendance rosters (other rosters are found in Subject Files box 11). The records span the years between the 1950s through 2011, but the bulk of the materials are from the 1970s and 2000s; the other decades are represented very sparsely. The container list for luncheons held between 2006 and 2010 list the main speaker's name.</p>"}
