{"value"=>"Asks him, while at the Assembly, to speak to John Pendleton concerning the lots in Beverly town, Westham, that Pendleton supposed Cabell had received from his father, and which he was desirous of purchasing; asks Nicholas to have viewed and marked out his part of the road from Pounding Mill Creek to Swan Creek which the Court had ordered done; he will then have his own part opened before the next Court; if his son William should set off for Assembly before Nicholas he will trouble Nicholas with some petitions against the division of the city that are not yet at hand."}
