PACA's purpose was to promote wildlife management, environmental education, conservation information and strategic planning and policy. Costa Rica was PACA's home base. David Kauck was the Regional Coordinator for PACA. A National Project Coordinator was assigned to each country. This person worked with the CARE country mission and regional office of PACA to provide overall management and coordination for planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the PACA project.</p> <p>The subseries holds correspondence, agreements, and AIPs/ PIEs.</p>"}
