{"value"=>"<p>There are two categories of material in this subseries: confidential letters, 1971-1984, and files concerning the use of the name CARE by other organizations.</p> <p>The confidential letters, Boxes 85-89, are a separate series of numbered letters, similar to those in Overseas Operations, between CARE's executive staff and mission administrators. Despite the \"confidential\" designation, their confidentiality usually had a short time frame. They contain little information that is still of a sensitive nature; most concern employee transfers and other personnel changes, and procedural issues. The files are alphabetical by country.</p> <p>Boxes 90-91 contain correspondence from CARE's executive directors and attorneys to organizations with names or acronyms similar to CARE: e. g., \"We Care\" and \"Concerned Adults for Reading Enrichment\", advising them of possible copyright infringement.</p>"}
