The Negro Has to Laugh and Other Poems consists of a bound volume of mounted and laminated clippings and typescripts of Razaf's poetry. A 1962 letter from Razaf to Hutson, presenting this volume to the Schomburg Center, is mounted on the first page.</p>"}
