{"value"=>"<p>There are two recordings on this tape: The first, on Side A, is an undated interview of Ernst Papanek by Edward Linn, in which Papanek describes his experiences operating orphanages in France during World War II. He relates that individuals there pretended that the situation was better than it really was, as a psychological defense mechanism. He also discusses a child who came to one of his orphanages in France, whose parents were killed in Czechoslovakia; problems obtaining food for children; and prostitution and abuse of women and children in war-torn areas of Europe. The second recording, on Side B, features an interview of a heretofore unidentified equestrian jockey, who talks about racing horses.</p>"}
