Speakers discuss the similarities of the two major parties, and point out the inability of both to cope with the problems besetting America, such as the war in Vietnam, the oppression of minorities, the worsening environment. Dr. Benjamin Spock speaking as the Presidential candidate of the People's Party speaks of the ways in which the People's Party differs from the major parties and how it can help the gay rights movement.
