{"value"=>"<p>Includes Smith's correspondence and printed matter relating to the organizations and bodies of PNBC. The subseries is arranged alphabetically. Of particular interest are the files for Baptist Foreign Mission Bureau, the Commission on Racial Violence, and the Nannie Helen Burroughs School Committee. The Baptist Foreign Mission Bureau material includes information about PNBC's missionary efforts in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Zaire, Barbados, Haiti, and San Andres. The Commission on Racial Violence folder contains a few items which reflect its purpose in coordinating reconciliation efforts for PNBC in areas where racial violence has occurred. The Nannie Helen Burroughs School Committee file, consisting of only one folder, contains business and legal correspondence; in 1978, the school transferred all of its real and personal property to PNBC.</p>"}
