The document (18 pages on 9 leaves) is paginated 11-16, 17-18 (four pages numbered on rectos only), 22-29. The handwriting on pages 11 through part of 15, and parts of pages 25 and 26, is unidentified; the remainder, as well as the pagination, is in Yates' handwriting. The text bears only a few revisions. The draft can be dated to early 1777 based on published sources.</p>"}
