Hazelton made several carbon copies when writing, so for each play there are a number of identical typewritten scripts with different handwritten edits. For many of the plays there is also a vaudeville version. Wherever the title of a play was changed, there is a note in the folder listing. Of particular interest is a film scenario of MISTRESS NELL starring Mary Pickford (Box 29,001, Folder 6). There are also plays and written materials by writers other than Hazelton which he used as the basis for some of his plays.</p>"}
