Content is divided by family branch: the Beatty family (including Samuel Barber as a baby and young man, and photos of the Beattys ca. 1880s), Katharine Homer Fryer and her family and friends, George and Anna Maria Homer (Sidney's parents), Louise and Sidney Homer and their children, and Sidney Homer, Jr. as an adult. The bulk of the sub-series is domestic photos of the Homers and their children in their homes in New York, Westchester, Lake George, and Florida.
