{"value"=>"Fredric Martin (b. 1923) was active as a stage actor and producer between the 1940s and the 1960s. He was co-founder of the Down East Theatre Club. In 1958, he toured with Cyril Ritchard in productions of <span class=\"title\">Visit to a Small Planet</span> and <span class=\"title\">La Perichole</span>. The Fredric Martin papers date from the 1940s to 1974 and primarily contain photographs, programs, and clippings documenting Martin's career. Photographs include production photographs from <span class=\"title\">La Perichole</span> and <span class=\"title\">The Pleasure of His Company</span> (1958), as well as personal photographs of Martin and his colleagues. The collection contains material related to Cyril Ritchard, including signed photographs, clippings, and a six-page script for <span class=\"title\">Violetta</span>, with minor annotations by Ritchard."}
