{"value"=>"<p>Evelyn Sabin (1907-1998) was a dancer who performed with Martha Graham's dance company in the 1920s. Her parents, Stewart B. and Evelyn Coleman Sabin, were singers and voice teachers. Sabin studied at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York, before joining Graham's company. In addition to dancing, Sabin also acted with the Rochester Community Players.</p> <p>Sabin married Leopold Mannes in 1940. Mannes was a pianist and a member of the Mannes Trio, president of the Mannes College of Music, and co-inventor of Kodachrome, an early color film manufactured by Kodak.</p>"}
