A letter dated April 4, 1798 is from Barclay to the Honorable James Sullivan and another dated March 14, 1806 is from Barclay to Samuel W. Hopkins, Esq.The bill of exchange is dated October 5, 1811 made out to Alexander McClure by Barclay. The certification is dated September 17, 1813 and releases James Miller (an American lieutenant colonel who had been captured by the British) from the conditions of his parole."}
