Other correspondence pertains to advertising and subscriptions. Administrative records include minutes, 1946-1950, of the Board of Directors' meetings and of the international editorial board, internal memoranda, circulation statistics, questionnaires, and materials about fundraising dinners. The latter correspondence relates to the passing of resolutions on world government by state legislatures and the sponsoring of referenda on world government. Correspondents include Cass Canfield, Grenville Clark, Fyke Farmer, Georgia Lloyd, Henry Usborne, Carl Van Doren, Committee to Frame a World Constitution, Common Cause, Crusade for World Government, Federal Union, Foundation for World Government, World Republic, and World Movement for World Federal Government. The advertising correspondence is that of Stewart M. Ogilvy with advertisers in WGN, prospective advertisers, and advertising agencies. Included in the correspondence are a few proof sheets, advertising copy, copy instructions, and invoices. The subscriptions correspondence which is in serial order is with subscribers to WGN, Subscription order forms are attached to the correspondence. The administrative records include papers relating to fund-raising dinners, internal memoranda, questionnaires, circulation statistics, and minutes (1946-50) of the board of directors and of the international editorial board.</p> <p>The financial records include financial statements, treasurer's reports, bank statements with cancelled checks, bills paid, check stubs, and tax records.
