During Summer 1948, Autum 1948, Summer 1949 and January 1950 Acting Chief of the Polish delegation to the United Nations. From December 1945 until resignation in January 1950 Chief of the Legal Department, Polish Consulate General in New York. He resigned January 16, 1950 in the protest against the Sovietisation of Poland and complete Soviet domination of Polish external and internal affairs.</p>"}
