Also included is correspondence pertaining to other board business such as a contract for <span class=\"persname\">Gerald Arpino</span>, by-laws, minutes of board and committee meetings, lists of board members, agreements, proposed contracts, and some touring and financial information.</p> <p>The material is generally arranged as received, in chronological order. Correspondence is listed first under each year, then any items separated by subject such as minutes or the <span class=\"corpname\">National Corporate Fund</span>. Often a letter is attached to its reply, and this is filed according to the date of the reply.
