Over the years, he has composed over 1,000 songs including, \"Bruce\", \"This Moment\", \"My Love Went to London\", and \"Come a Little Closer.\" During that time, he also recorded three albums of songs he wrote and performed himself.

In 1984, he partnered with dancer, Bertram Ross, to become one half of the cabaret duo, \"Wallowitch and Ross,\" premiering at New York City's The Ballroom. He has also collaborated with such artists as Tony Scibetta and Ira Wallach. And singers such as Dixie Carter and Lynn Lobban have performed his songs.

Beginning in 1980, John also starred in his own public access television program, John's Cabaret, which continues to air on New York public access channels.
"}
