This copy was sent by him to Dr. Secker, archbishop of Canterbury, and is full of both his and the author's mss. notes. . . As originally printed the work was entitled 'The elements of commerce, the theory of taxes' but in this copy Tucker has altered it to'The moral and political theory of trade and taxes.'
