Otway while the Dryad cruised off the west coast of Africa, touching at Sierra Leone, the Princes' Islands, and Ascension Island. From there, the ship traveled to Spithead, England. There is occasional mention of slaver traders captured by other British ships. Logbook contains two sketches of islands visited"}
