{"value"=>"
Broadway Bound, Inc. was founded in 1998 by actor, producer, and humanitarian Shelley M. Shier (1957-). Shier established Broadway Bound to perform aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2), a luxury ocean liner that sailed between Southampton, England and New York City. From 1999 to 2006, the company produced and staged six major shows: Can't Stop the Music, Enter the Guardsman (which was produced simultaneously with the Vineyard Theater in New York City), The Game of Love, The Hit Parade, Hooray for Hollywood, and The Wonderful Words of Sammy Cahn. Shier was the creative writer for all the musicals, while Terry Parsons, Bonnie McCoy, and Dennis Ballard contributed designs.

In 2006, Shier changed the company's name to Broadway Bound Fine Arts and Entertainment, shifting its focus to organize art exhibitions and installations around the world.
"}
