The Center hosted courses in Cambridge, Massachusetts taught by an evolving roster of professional dancers. Beginning in 1977, the Center was led by Iris M. Fanger, who served as director of the Harvard Summer Dance Center until her retirement in 1995, when the Center also ended its programming.</p>"}
