The Orient Hotel was located on 9th Street in Kansas City, Missouri in what is known as the Lyceum Building (built in 1895). The hotel, owned by Estes & Greentree, opened in 1907 and was later renamed the Delmar Hotel. The Orient Hotel guest register lists over 3,000 guests who stayed at the hotel from July 26, 1910 to December 15, 1910. Each entry provides the guest number, place of residence, room number, and bears the guest's signature. Advertisements for nearby businesses appear inside the front and back covers. The register, published by the American Hotel Register Company, also contains Leahy's Hotel Guide and Leahy's Railway Distance Map.
