Joseph Jones (1749-1824) was a Revolutionary officer and United States Collector of Customs for Petersburg, Virginia. Collection consists of correspondence, accounts, and financial statements, written or received by Jones as collector of customs. Also, personal, business and estate papers, and domestic accounts.
