· To James Montgomery, hymn writer and poet : 1 autograph letter signed : 27 Sep 1823 : (MISC 1593) : from Lower Street, Islington; requesting he contribute to a poetry anthology; "Mr. Procter -- Mr. F. H. Cary -- Mr. C. Lamb -- Mr. A. Cunningham -- Mr. John Hamilton & John Clare" have already agreed to contribute; begins, "I have the pleasure to be Editor & partner in a book called the Muses' Almanack ...".
· To Marianne Reynolds, his sister-in-law : 1 autograph letter signed : 13 Jan 1824 : (MISC 2060) : from Lower Street, Islington; begins, "I have thought -- before you went to Chelmsford, -- that there was a comfort for every evil, and I can think so still." Marianne was the younger sister of John Hamilton Reynolds, the writer and friend of Keats.
