James Corry (1772-1848), Irish politician; he was a close friend of Thomas Moore, the poet. · To Miss Fitzmaurice : 1 autograph letter signed : "Tuesday morn:" [ca. 1840's?] : (MISC 4285) : 1 page (double sheet) : from Spa Buildings : begins, "You will see, by the inclosed note, that our little Bard can banter an old Friend as efficiently as he can delight him ..."; presumably referring to a Thomas Moore letter, now separated.
