The Patricia Brooks papers (1867, 1897-2009) document the professional vocal career of the artist, focusing on her operatic performances. Lizanne Truex (née Elizabeth Ann Williams, 1931-2013), was known for her work in the movies, most recognizably Oklahoma. Early in her career, she joined the Agnes De Mille Dance Theatre.
