Edward J. Eustace (1897-1971) was an American poet, playwright and screenwriter for the Fox Film Corporation. Collection consists of correspondence, writings, drawings, photographs, and printed matter. Correspondence, 1920-1971, is with Eustace's associates at Fox, family and friends. Writings include typescript and printed versions of his plays and poems; several typescript versions of Eustace's play, "King of the Mountain," ca. 1934-1949, with prefaces to the 1948 and 1955 editions, and related correspondence, 1945-1951; notes and sketches; and diary, 1891-1893.
