George Grantham Bain (1865-1944), writer and inventor, founded the Bain News Service in New York City in 1907. He organized the first news photograph service in the U.S. and invented an automatic photo printer. Collection consists of typescripts of Bain's writings and his manuscript notes. Writings include short stories, play, essays and articles submitted to magazines, and his memoirs. less
